Shampooing: You can shampoo your hair as usual but allow the shampoo to gently rinse through the preconditioned extensions. This method ensures that the extensions are cleaned without being stripped of moisture. Deep Conditioning: After shampooing, apply a deep conditioner to the hair extensions. This step is crucial for maintaining the health and vitality of the hair.     To ensure your wig remains tangle-free and maintains its shape, we recommend placing it on a wig stand or mannequin head when not in use.     Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Custom-made wigs may have a processing time of 5-7 business days, with a maximum wait time of three weeks.

    Shipping times and costs vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen. Standard delivery usually takes 5-7 business days, while express shipping takes 1-3 business days. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and statutory holidays.

    Custom-made Wigs: There will be no refunds or exchanges on custom-made items. Other Products: All other items can be exchanged within 3 business days unused and unopened.
  • Order Fulfillment
    We aim to please our customers and require excellent communication from our customers in order to fulfill your needs. Please be sure to know of the color that you are requesting, as some colors may not come out the same as pictures. Please also note that colors may change in tones, however, we try to match each color as closely as possible.

    Please ensure to select the correct head circumference size and wig type when placing your order. Kindly note that there are no refunds or exchanges available for custom-made wigs. We offer one adjustment free of cost. While we strive to match requested colors as closely as possible, variations may occur, particularly for highlighted units. Expect a maximum wait time of three weeks for custom units; however, we aim to complete each unit within 5 – 7 business days whenever possible.
