3. Consultation: A member of our Petti's Wigs & Haircare team will contact you to discuss your request in detail, ensuring we understand your vision completely.

4. Receive a Quote: After the consultation, we will provide you with a detailed quote for your custom wig.

5. Payment: If you accept the quote, simply pay the invoice and our expert wigmakers will begin crafting your unique wig.

• Kindly note that there are no refunds or exchanges available for custom-made wigs. We offer one adjustment free of cost. 

• While we strive to match requested colors as closely as possible, variations may occur, particularly for highlighted units.

• Expect a maximum wait time of three weeks for custom units; however, we aim to complete each unit within 5 – 7 business days whenever possible.
